At RKM Herbal Products, we value our customers and strive to deliver the best quality products. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once your order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at [your email / phone] with your order details.

2. Returns Policy

Due to the herbal/personal use nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the product is opened or used.
Returns are only accepted if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive an incorrect product that does not match your order.
In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with photos/videos as proof.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (via Razorpay) within 7–10 business days after verification.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
In case of a partial refund, the amount will be adjusted based on the value of the products returned.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

If the product is opened, used, or tampered with.
If the return request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
If the customer provides incorrect address/contact details leading to delivery failure.
Delay in delivery due to courier issues, strikes, or natural calamities (beyond our control).

5. How to Apply for Refund/Replacement
